    SAME Fishing Aus Refund Policy

    At SAME Fishing Aus, we value your satisfaction with our products. If you have a change of mind and wish to request a refund, we have established the following guidelines for your convenience.

    Eligibility for a Change of Mind Refund:

    1. Your refund request must be made within 14 days from the date of your purchase.

    2. The product(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and with all accompanying accessories and packaging.

    3. To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support team at support@samefishing.com.au to inform us of your intention to return the product.

    Return Process:

    1. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with instructions on how to return the product.

    2. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

    3. Include the RA number on the outside of the package for easy identification.

    4. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

    Refund Processing:

    1. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

    2. If the product is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 2 business days using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase.

    3. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.

    Exclusions:

    This Change of Mind Refund Policy does not apply to:

    • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

    • Products returned without prior communication and an RA number.

    • Shipping charges and fees, which are non-refundable.

    Warranty for your peace of mind

    All fishing rods come with Australian domestic warranty and it is effective one year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. SAME Fishing Aus will repair or replace defects in material and/or workmanship in SAME Fishing products. SAME Fishing Aus will have no other obligation and will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. SAME Fishing Aus makes no other implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS. This warranty does not cover damage caused by addition to or alteration of the product, accidental, abuse or normal wear. Damage that determined to be of this nature will be repaired or replaced at the consumer's expense. This warranty does not extend to commercial or rental use. Claims should be made to the retailer with proof of purchase & you are responsible for the cost of packaging & returning the item to us.
